Have you memories or memorabilia of the Parish Church?

Kilcullen Parish Church will be 150 years old next month, and for the September Bridge we're putting together a number of articles to mark the reaching of that anniversary, writes Brian Byrne.
To that end, we'd like to include any particular memories or memorabilia that parishioners might have, either of their own or in their family archives.
The church was dedicated and opened on 6 September 1872 by Cardinal Paul Cullen, after a very strong campaign by one Fr Langan to build it. Later a Canon, Fr Langan is buried in Our Lady's Shrine. The church was designed by JJ McCarthy RHA, one of the main church architects of that time.
If you have anything that might be included, email kilcullenbridge@gmail.com, or contact me on 086 8267104.
The deadline for the September Bridge is 23 August, but earlier copy for this project would be very much appreciated.
Memories might be triggered by some of the articles written on the Diary over the years, a selection of which are below.
