Planning granted for new cardiac physiotherapy building
Planning permission has been granted conditionally to Karen Cradock for the development of a Cardiac Physiotherapy Clinic building at the Kilcullen Business Campus, writes Brian Byrne.
The permission is subject to 34 conditions, almost all of which are standard to every grant. The building will be a single storey premises with all associated site works, parking, and landscaping.
Karen has been operating a specialist Cardiac Physiotherapy practice, Heart2Heart, for many years from another premises on the campus.
Previously she worked extensively in rehabilitation both cardiac and medical in Ireland, England, New Zealand and Australia and was a pioneer in setting up heart failure rehabilitation services in heart failure in Ireland. She is currently Therapy Lead on the National Heart Failure Clinical Programme with the Health Service Executive where she continues to promote the role of Physiotherapy in the care of patients with heart failure.
She is also an administrator with the Kilcullen Community First Responders.
