Appreciative audience for atmospheric concert

The Camphill Choir.

A very appreciative audience enjoyed performances by the new Camphill Choir, Naas Hospital Choir, and tenor Patrick Hyland last evening, writes Brian Byrne. The Carols by Candlelight concert in the parish church was quite beautifully atmospheric for the performers and listeners alike.
Proceeds from the evening will be used to help fund a mobile defibrillator for the Kilcullen First Responders as well as the KCA Street Art Project and the new figures for the parish Christmas Crib.
The evening kicked off what is a very busy weekend of Christmas-themed events, including today's Christmas Shopping promotion across the town's businesses, the Bridge Community Christmas Market, and the switching on of the Christmas lights by Santa this evening in Market Square.
