Scything demonstration in Kilcullen this evening

A reminder that Ray Kelly will be demonstrating how to use the scythe this evening, Thursday the 18th, on Nicholastown Green, writes Brian Byrne. 

The event is one of the Kilcullen contributions to National Heritage Week.

Ray is quite happy to show other people there how to use the scythe — "that will also help get more of the grass cut," he says with a grin.
