Scoil Bhride pupils on Safe Cycling Course

Fifth and Sixth Class pupils of Scoil Bhride took part in a Cycle Safety Course yesterday and today, organised by the Gardai, writes Brian Byrne.

It comprised a road safety talk, and then some drills on steering and riding their bicycles in slow and tricky situations.

The classes then had a cycle run escorted by the Gardai on their own bikes, around by Sunnyhill to Thompson's Cross and then back in to Kilcullen across the motorway bridge.
