Lovely Old Kilcullen Christmas

The Old Kilcullen Christmas yesterday was a wonderfully atmospheric event, writes Brian Byrne, with even the heavy shower of rain at the beginning providing a rainbow on the hill.

In what was agreed by all to be a lovely afternoon, local children got to post their letters to Santa in the restored post-box.

A performance by the Kilcullen Gospel Choir finished off the day.
