Details of New Abbey Road planning application

The planning website for the proposed 180-homes development at New Abbey Road has now gone live, writes Brian Byrne. 

As a Large-scale Residential Development of more than 100 houses, the developers Oakway Homes are required to produce a dedicated website for all related documents.

A submission or observation in relation to the application may be made to the planning authority, Kildare County Council, in writing on payment of the prescribed fee (€20) within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application.

The application was published by a notice in the Irish Daily Star on 4 December 2024.
