Bridge works completion 'in coming weeks'

Work will commence on the installation of road crossings at the new Pinkeen pedestrian bridge ‘in the coming weeks’, writes Brian Byrne.

That’s promised in the update on the Kildare-Newbridge Municipal District given at Wednesday’s MD meeting.

The contractor for the bridge sponsors, HES Civil, completed the bridge construction a couple of weeks ago.

The update also noted that gully cleaning will be carried out in Kilcullen and Brannockstown.
