DP: successful auction of Blackhall, Calverstown

DP had a very successful sale this week in Keadeen Hotel with the auction of a fine property at Blackhall, Calverstown. The property consists of a three-bedroom detached house on 11.5 acres of the highest quality Kildare land and enjoys magnificent views of the rolling countryside as well as a view of six Leinster counties. 

The auction room was packed to standing room only and the bidding was strong with four parties involved. With bids opening at €430,000 the hammer finally dropped at €565,000.

At Dowling Property we were delighted with the interest and price achieved. The combination of having the house and land together was the real draw, and there aren’t many properties of this calibre that can boast a view of six Leinster counties.
