Very enjoyable Lions afternoon tea for seniors

A lovely afternoon was enjoyed by more than 70 guests at the Afternoon Tea and Film event for local seniors organised by Kilcullen Lions Club, writes Frances Clare. 

Everyone was welcomed with a glass of Bucks Fizz, followed by lovely sandwiches, cakes and scones. A big thank you from all the Lions Club members to Kilcullen Town Hall, Fallons, Deirdre Horan, and Margaret and Jim Talbot who all helped to make the afternoon a very pleasant event.

And of course, a big thank you to all who came along.
