Connect with others this week for mental health

An online virtual 'cafe' will be open this Thursday 7 April for people who want to connect with others to help their mental health.

The initiative is jointly offered by Older Voices Kildare and the mental health group HeadsUp Kildare.

It is one of the activities scheduled for the 'Hello, How Are You?' day happening on 7 April, an initiative developed and managed by Mental Health Ireland. Another will be a roadshow at the Whitewater Shopping Centre in Newbridge.
