Motorists without a care for others

This photo is from a resident of Cnoc na Gréine, showing cars parked on The Avenue, their owners presumably attending an event in the Community Centre or on the campus. 

The resident noted to the Diary that pedestrians using The Avenue and especially those with buggies, are forced to go out on the road, while other residents are legitimately driving in and out with their own cars.

Perhaps someone could remind those parked of the illegality of parking on a footpath?
