Steady stream of supporters for Maintain Hope coffee morning

It's a beautiful morning in the garden at White Hall Cottage where there's a constant stream of people coming and going to support the Maintain Hope Coffee Morning, writes Brian Byrne.

Hosted by Esther Reddy and Joe Dooley and their family, the event is one of the few fundraisers possible over the last 18 months for the charity established by Gerry O'Donoghue to help build better lives for children in Kenya.

And Esther says the generosity of people towards the cause, despite the many needs of people here at home in Ireland, remains exceptionally strong (click the report below to hear her).

Meantime, if you fancy some seriously good cakes and tea or coffee, head out to White Hall (just past Dun Ailinne) on the Ballyshannon Road.
