Poor spatial sense? ... or just don't care

A reader sent in this picture of a car that was 'parked' on main street today while the driver went into a shop across the road. Obviously the truck had to go out across the centre line in order to get by.

For the record, that's worth 3-5 penalty points and a hefty fixed penalty.
