Musical fundraiser for Volleyball team

Kilcullen Gospel Choir will perform with the Garda Band in Kill next month to raise funds for the U19 Irish Women's Volleyball team, a member of which is Emily Carter from Brannockstown.

The Concert will be in St Brigid's Church on Thursday 19 March, and tickets are on sale in Berneys Chemists or contact Mary on 086 7281811.

Other members of the team, which is travelling to Luxembourg at Easter to play in the Small Countries Association Championship, are from Two Mile House, Eadestown, Kill and Naas. The other countries in the Championship are San Marino, Luxembourg and Wales.

The cost of the trip is €9,500, for which the girls are fundraising. You can also support them online here.
