Called to the Fallons Snug

Fallons have issued a call for qualified drinkers to populate the new Snug, recently opened in what was formerly a bookie's shop on the premises, writes Brian Byrne.

Improvers will be considered, but there's a strict age qualification, and a probationary period might be imposed depending on length of experience.

Applicants should in the first instance call to the bar in the Snug, where Mary Walker or one of her colleagues will be glad to take details of favourite beers, wines or spirits and serve appropriate initial quantities.
