Vet Clinic: 'no boarding'

An application for a Veterinary Clinic at the bottom of Hillside would not include boarding facilities for animals, a meeting of Kilcullen Community Action was told.

The application, by Des Groome, is for a premises that many years ago had been a medical Dispensary operated by local doctors.

'Very minor' alterations to the premises are proposed. The clinic section will be on the ground floor, while the upper floor will comprise an apartment.

The meeting heard that the applicant has a number of other main street clinics in other towns in the region.
