Children's hedgerow nature session today

The first of three Hedgerow Guardians workshops will take place this afternoon in the Valley, as part of a Heritage Week series, writes Brian Byrne.

The free events are suitable for children aged 5-12 and are being conducted by Dúlra. This afternoon's session begins at 2.30pm and will last until 4pm.

The other sessions are next Tuesday afternoon and on the morning of Sunday the 24th.
