French IT student seeks local internship for 9 weeks

A postgraduate information technology student from Saint Contest in Normandy, with which Kilcullen is twinned, is seeking nine weeks work experience from 9 December, writes Brian Byrne. He has secured his own funding through the Erasmus scheme and will find his own accommodation.
Mathis Dupray is aged 24 and lives in Caen, near Saint Contest. He has degrees in Technology and Foreign Languages and is looking for a work environment where he can assist with systems, networking, coding, cyber security and similar. Mathis is currently in the second year of his Higher Education Degree in IT in France, and plans to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity.
His project to find work experience in this area is being supported by the Kilcullen Twinning Group, and any organisation which can use his skills, unpaid, for even a few days a week, should email Tflanagan@stfarnans.ie. They can also contact Mathis directly at mathis.dupray@sts-sio-caen.info.
