All go for Kilcullen Calendar Girls

Rehearsals are at the high doh stage in Kilcullen Drama Group for their production of Calendar Girls in November, writes Brian Byrne. The Tim Firth play is an adaptation of the 2003 poignant comedy film based on the true story of a group of middle-aged Yorkshire women who produced a nude calendar to raise money for Leukaemia Research.

The Kilcullen production opens on Wednesday 27 November and will run for four nights. Tickets are €15, and €20 on the Gala Night on Friday 29 November. There's a special Booking Number 087 4707652.
