Foot problems and arthritis

An online webinar hosted by Arthritis Ireland on Tuesday 10 September will discuss common foot and ankle issues for people with arthritis, writes Brian Byrne. Beginning at 13.30pm, 'Foot Health and Arthritis' will be conducted by Sandra Caulfield (Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist) and Yvonne Buckley (Clinical Specialist MSK Podiatrist).

The discussion will include prevention strategies, including how to do daily foot checks, advice on footwear, and mobility exercises. 

They will also guide attendees on when to attend health care providers with concerns around foot health and who is best placed to assess and manage certain conditions.
