Parish Choir get-together

Fourteen members of the Kilcullen Parish Choir had a get-together in Fallons last week, writes Brian Byrne. The evening, which had been deferred from a very busy Christmas time, also showed the intergenerational aspect of the choir.

Pictured are (back) John Kelly, Joe Kelly, Maurice O’Mahony, Dave Tuohy, Aisling Kelly (John’s daughter and the third generation of many Kellys involved in the choir down the years), Carmel Gleeson, Marie Shanahan, and (front) PJ Lydon, Gertrude Coffey, Mary Moloney, Ursula O’Toole, and Ann Caffrey. Not pictured are Mick Sammon and Betty Hickey. 

Parish priest Fr Gary Darby was also unable to attend on the evening.
