Thanks from Maintain Hope

Thanks to our generous supporters and tireless volunteer collectors, our Easter street collection was a resounding success, writes Maintain Hope's Gerry O'Donoghue, with €1,570 gathered for our children in Kenya.

Eurospar and Nolan's kindly allowed us to use the space outside their premises. We are grateful to everyone involved in what is an important fundraiser but also a wonderful way to connect Maintain Hope with the community.

In more good news, our Easter Raffle, hosted by Berney's Chemists, raised €520. Thanks to Berney's and staff and our sponsors for their support. 

We currently support 82 children and young adults through education, counselling and medication. Our aim is to support the children within their families and communities and give them the skills to live productive and independent lives. Poverty and lack of education are their biggest barriers, but thanks to our supporters, there is always hope.
