WhatsApp group could start Kilcullen Business Association

Kilcullen Business Update is a WhatsApp group set up during the last year, writes Brian Byrne. As the name suggests, it provides a method of getting the word around about any initiatives and services available to help local enterprises.

The group is open to any Kilcullen area business to join, and be involved in ongoing discussions about a variety of subjects, including rates, grant aid, the possibilities of more promotion of Kilcullen as a place to visit and shop, and more.

If anyone with a local business — of any size or kind — wants to be added to it, they can contact the administrator at 085 7131647. 

The number involved has already grown to a level which suggests the group could become the basis for a full business association for Kilcullen.
