RTE filming in Kilcullen on Monday night

RTE cameras will be filming at the first of the Kilcullen GAA Lights Up walk event next Monday night, 8 January, writes Brian Byrne. They will be there to do a sequence for the Operation Transformation show, on which Kilcullen's Noel O'Connell is a leader.

Noel will also be leading Monday's walk, starting at 8pm, and the GAA club is asking that as many people in the community as possible turn out to show their support.

Noel featured on last night's opening programme in the series. It's the 17th year of Operation Transformation, presented for many of those years by Kathryn Thomas.
