Wellness day in Narraghmore on 14 January

A Restorative Wellness Day is planned for Sunday 14 January, at the Old Hardware cafe in Narraghmore.

The event will run from 2pm-5pm and is hosted jointly by Michelle Reddy's Ma Belle Nutrition and Maryclare McMahon's Yoga Solace.

The afternoon will focus on relaxation through yoga, nutrition and the maintenance of a healthy body, and overall wellness to give the new year a good kick start.
