Noel leads local National Blood Pressure Day

Today is designated Operation Transformation National Blood Pressure Day, and complimentary blood pressure checks are available in the Burkes Pharmacy Group stores, including in Kilcullen.

To highlight the initiative, Kilcullen resident and Operation Transformation Leader Noel O'Connell will be having his blood pressure checked at 11am this morning in Burkes Pharmacy in Naas by Joan Kilgallen, pharmacist and owner of Burkes Pharmacy Group.

Some 600 pharmacies across Ireland are participating in the day, which is supported by the Irish Pharmacy Union.
