Kilcullen power cut

Kilcullen in darkness tonight.

A power failure reported through Kilcullen happened about 8pm, writes Brian Byrne. According to the ESB Networks system, 1,630 customers in Kilcullen are affected.

The estimated time for restoration of power is 6pm tomorrow evening (but that's a default for everywhere tonight and generally it takes much less time than estimated at this stage of an outage.)

According to RTE News, more than 170,000 electricity customers across the country are without power due to Storm Isha.
