Elf felt workshop for children
A Christmas themed felt workshop for children will be held in the Riverbank Arts Centre on Saturday 25 November, where participants aged 10-12 will learn the basics of wet felting, the world's oldest form of textile making.
The Felt an Elf! workshop will have them make their own Elf hand puppet which they can bring home at the end of the afternoon.
The workshop is being run by Tamzen Lundy, who is chairperson of Feltmakers Ireland and has more than 20 years as a textile professional.
