Shamrocks are in County Final

A great display of skills and commitment from the Shamrocks U14 hurling team were witnessed in Kilcullen on Wednesday evening, writes Martin Sheridan. The final results were Shamrocks 2-13, Confey 2-8.

The Shamrocks started very strong and put in a great display in the first half that put them a commanding position at half time. Every ball was keenly contested in the second half but the Shamrocks never gave Confey the space or time to get back into match.

Well done to all of the lads. Next step is a County Final against Athy in the next few weeks.
