Kilcullen Drama Group is Out of Order

Kilcullen Drama Group have set the dates for their next production, a Ray Cooney farce Out of Order, writes Brian Byrne. It will be presented in Kilcullen's Town Hall Theatre on 5th/6th and 8th/9th December.
The play is set in a posh hotel suite and centres around the misfortunes of a junior government minister who has arranged a tryst with a typist from the office of the political opposition. The Kilcullen group last performed this one 27 years ago.
Ray Cooney is an actor, director and playwright with dozens of plays and screen scripts to his credit. He lives in London, is aged 91, and his most recent play is a musical comedy, Twice in a Lifetime, published in 2011 with music by Chris Walker and Keith Strachan.
