KWWSPCA Dog Walk postponed

The KWWSPCA Dog Walk that was to take place this Sunday, 23 July, in Athy, has had to be postponed. The group hope to rearrange it for later in the summer.

Meantime, the KWWSPCA’s first Summer Bazaar will take place at the KWWSPCA Animal Shelter near Athgarvan (Eircode W12 EV60) on Sunday 13 August, from 12 noon until 3pm, and the charity are looking for donations of items to sell at the Bazaar.

The Shelter will be open to receive donations from 10am to 12 noon on Saturday 29 July and on Saturday 5 August. For any donors unable to go at these times, please call Sally on 087 6803295 or Ann on 086 3413017 and another time can be organised.

Items needed include small items of furniture, bric-a-brac and household items, good quality clothes, pet products, plants (labelled if possible), bottles (full!) for the bottle stall, and books.

All the proceeds from the Bazaar will go to helping the animals in the care of the KWWSPCA.
