Concern raised over cars impeding buggies into Valley
File photo. |
The issue of parked cars impeding access to the Valley park was raised at the recent meeting of Kilcullen Community Action, writes Brian Byrne.
Those present heard that it was from time to time a problem for families trying to go to the Valley from the town end with buggies, when two cars would be parked at the lane entrance beside the Credit Union.
Suggestions during the discussion included putting bollards up at the street end, or marking a pedestrian route by means of a stencil.
The conversation ended without a resolution being agreed. It is an issue which has been raised previously, also without resolution.
