A Gold for young Kilcullen runner

Jack Lawler (centre above) from Kilcullen, who runs with Crookstown Millview Athletics Club, came away with a Gold Medal and a new personal best in the U16 Boys 60 Metres Sprint at the National Championships in Athlone yesterday. 

A great achievement for a new national champion, and a special mention to Neil Taylor his coach and all the other coaches in Crookstown Millview AC for all the fantastic work they do for all the athletes.

Well done to all concerned.
