Tarmac hustle Text Alert

A Community Text Alert has been issued about a group of men travelling around south Kildare pretending to be sub-contractors to Kildare County Council and offering tarmac laying.

After the work is finished they get a 'work done' docket signed and then demand money.

Garda are requesting information about a silver Audi Q7 they use — Athy Gardai (059) 8634210 or 999.

The men are described as being 'plausible'.
