Rubbish at McGarry's Lane: The new normal?

This weekend's illegal dumping at the cemetery gates in McGarry's Lane, with a photo sent in by a reader, writes Brian Byrne. What more is there to say? 

If something is allowed to keep happening, it becomes the norm. Now it seems normal that there's rubbish there every week. Do we want that as the norm? 

Obviously, someone or some group who is not afraid of being caught, or of anything else.
