The passing of Ray Ryan

The Diary has learned of the death of Ray Ryan, Brewel Cottage, Kilgowan, on 30 October 2022, peacefully at Naas Hospital. 

Ray is sadly missed by his wife Bernadette, brother Niall, children David, Sinéad, Diarmuid, and grandchildren Ben Óg (deceased), Darragh and Aoife. Ray will also be fondly remembered by his supportive neighbours and his wide circle of friends.

He will be reposing at his house in Kilgowan today, Tuesday 1 November 2022 between 6pm and 9pm. His funeral will arrive at St Joseph's graveyard (W91 F407), Gormanstown Church, Kilcullen, at 2.30pm on Wednesday 2 November 2022 for burial.

Ray loved the simplicity of wild flowers.
