Road closure to Community Centre, GAA on Thursday morning

The access road into Kilcullen Community Centre, the GAA Grounds and KCCEC will be closed from 10am-12pm on Thursday morning, writes Brian Byrne.

This is due to works on the Pinkeen stream pedestrian bridge currently under construction.

The preparatory work has been under way since last weekend. A pre-cast concrete culvert section will be installed by contractors for HES, the civil engineering company sponsoring the bridge.

Kildare County Council will undertake the approaches work on either side, including traffic calming measures.
