Singing and sizzling burgers at Narraghmore BBQ

The recently-formed Village Voices choir entertained their friends and neighbours who turned out today for the Narraghmore Village Barbecue, writes Brian Byrne.

They were competing, with considerable success, with the breeze which carried the mouthwatering sizzle and smell of freshly cooking burgers which were part of the fare available to all at the event.

The rain held off, and a most pleasant time was had by all at the BBQ, organised by Narraghmore Development. It was a welcome revival of an annual event deflected in recent years by the pandemic.
