Some just don't get the happy part of Halloween

It's Happy Halloween from Kilcullen Community Action, but somehow not everyone gets the message ...

They lasted well, but someone going home last night had a little turn in the brain and maybe thought the tiny witches in the flower boxes were after him?

Sad for him. Sad too for everyone else who does appreciate KCA's thoughtfulness.
