Final phase of water works begins next week
Brannockstown, Carnalway and Two Mile House are among areas that may experience water issues over the next five weeks due to Irish Water works, writes Brian Byrne.
This is because the final phase of works which have been ongoing in relation to increasing the supply of water from Poulaphuca Reservoir to the Greater Dublin Area.
The final phase begins on 21 June and will continue until the end of July. The areas which may experience intermittent low water pressure and some discolouration to their water supply are Broadleas, Ardenode, Brannockstown, Carnalway, Old Connell, Caragh, Naas West, Naas town centre, Spring Gardens, Naas North, Rathaskar Heights, Kilashee, Naas East, Two Mile House, Ladytown and surrounding areas.
Irish Water and Kildare County Council regret any inconvenience caused.
