Teasing the Dun Ailinne equinoctial effect

It didn't quite make it this morning, but the Spring Equinox effect at the Dun Ailinne monument teased us through clouds over the mountains.

The actual Equinox is Saturday, but there's a window of three or four days either side of it where sculptor Noel Scullion's amazing work does its thing ... if there's a clear sun rising over Wicklow.

Watch out for that over the weekend, we're usually lucky on one of the mornings.
