Cake Sale today for GAA Boys U12s

A reminder that a Cake Sale is taking place today, Saturday, to raise funds for kit bags for the Kilcullen GAA Boys U12 squad, writes Brian Byrne. It will run from 10am-2pm alongside the Crean's Place bakery stall in the Leinster Marts Car Park.

A special cake baked by Ruth's Home Baked Kitchen in the Rags black and white colours is on display and available for raffle. "We have a wide range of cakes for sale, including a selection of gluten-free ones, so everyone is catered for," says Donna Hoey.

There are 35 boys in the squad, fielding two teams. Not all are in our photo.
