Story Times and Nursery Rhymes

It's not something I picked up on before, because we don't have little ones around, writes Brian Byrne. But the Kildare Library Service series of Story Times and Nursery Rhymes is a sweet resource for quiet moments with the tinies.

It's a set of videos by various Library staff members reading and sometimes performing a variety of children's favourites, and even some that were possibly previously unknown.

The videos are short, averaging 4-8 minutes, ideal for the child's attention span, and so much better than the commercial children's TV 'shouties'.
