Church webcam still down

The parish church webcam system is still out of action, writes Brian Byrne.

Though the parish was expecting that an upgrade by the provider to cope with increased demand could be completed in the middle of last week, it has been down now for ten days.

Fr Mackey says 'something went wrong' and seven of the nine church webcams in the system in County Kildare are currently out of service.

"We're hoping," he told the Diary this morning. "In the meantime, we broadcast on the radio system at FM 107 whenever there's mass."
