Covid help groups asked to work with Kildare PPN

A request has been made for any organisation providing services and supports to people most affected by Covid-19 to connect with the Kildare Public Participation Network, writes Brian Byrne. Such supports may include meal delivery, shopping, and other help.

Cllr Tracey O'Dwyer notes that the PPN has a very comprehensive mapping tool outlining the supports and services available in Kildare. "This information is being used by the staff who are responding to the queries on the dedicated telephone line," she says. "If you are involved or aware of any group that is providing such services and supports, please ensure that this is inputted through the PPN webpage.

When filling out the information, groups are asked to input details as clearly as possible, outlining the target area or group in the county that the service/support is aimed at.

If possible please provide Eircoding to support mapping. If it is a countywide service please state the type of service or support provided, and full contact details.
