First Responders launch this weekend
The event will be held in Scoil Bhride at 7pm, and the group is hoping to go ‘live’ by the end of the month.
The volunteer members of the group have been taking part in training sessions since the initiative was begun last October.
The group got a significant boost at Christmas when locally-based Provincial Security donated a portable defibrillator and other first response equipment to the group.
