Alzheimer talk in Naas on Wednesday

A talk on Alzheimer behaviours and how to deal with them will be the theme of next Wednesday's Alzheimer Cafe, in McAuley Place in Naas, writes Brian Byrne.

It will be given by Celia Hayes, Nurse Specialist from St Vincent's Hospital, Athy. The event will run 7pm-9pm in the Convent Tea Rooms.

Those living with a dementia, their families and carers, and all those with an interest in the area are all welcome to attend.

The Alzheimer Cafe is held on the last Wednesday of every month, with speakers on different perspectives of Alzheimer and open discussion following.
