Call for footpath to Kinneagh Cross

Kildare County Council is to be asked to consider completing a footpath from Athgarvan to Kinneagh Cross, writes Brian Byrne.

In a motion down for the next meeting of the Kildare-Newbridge MD, Cllr Tracey O'Dwyer is asking that the existing footpath on one side be completed to the cross, with a view to connecting the communities of Athgarvan and Lurg Lane.

The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday 18 September, beginning at 10am in the Council Chamber in Aras Chill Dara.
