Local theatre companies Nomad Players presents Invisible Women this weekend on 14 September, and Cill Dara Drama Group stages I Do Not Like Thee, Dr Fell. Touring theatrical productions to watch for include God Has No Country about Kerry’s Monsignor Hugh O’Flaherty, and a hit from Edinburgh Fringe 2018, Class.

Children are very well catered for with the 10th anniversary show of Jackula, National Treasure Bosco, and Christmas favourites Panto Club and Smash & Grab.
Martina Shannon of Dross Evolution had relocated to the theatre for her Summer Camps and is going to continue her Saturday sessions there for the autumn. Drama lessons for children and teens with Mary Power Cooney’s Theatrics, Brian Brady Youth Theatre and Rachel Lally take place. Groups such as Cuidiú, CEOLA, a Creative Journal club and a Gaming group all meet weekly.
There is the weekly Naas Country Market every Friday, and The Moat’s Art and Craft Market takes place on the second Sunday of each month. Pop in for a coffee and chat, and pick up the new Calendar of Events!
